About us
Who We Are
At Marston Art Parlor, LLC, creativity isn’t just an art form — it’s a way of life. Founded and led by Jean D. Marston and Jennifer E. Marston, two passionate artists with nearly six decades of experience, our studio is a vibrant space where imagination thrives and inspiration flows freely. Jean Marston has been published in the ARTIST CLOSEUP MAGAZINE. She also has several coffee table art books with decades of her works. She has sold hundreds of paintings and still continues putting out more and more each day.
Jennifer’s artistic journey has been marked by dedication, color, and an unshakable love for creative expression. Her work captures emotion and movement through bold, abstract designs. She adores working on a huge scale, using stencils for perspective, and mixed media is a must! Jennifer continues to push boundaries in her paintings and hopes to inspire others to do the same.
At Marston Art Parlor, we’re more than a studio; we’re a community hub for art lovers and creators alike. We host hands-on art classes that nurture growth, lively paint and sip parties that blend fun with self-expression, and curate exhibitions that spotlight talented artists both in our gallery and online. Everything we do is designed to celebrate creativity in all its forms.
Here, every brushstroke tells a story, every class builds confidence, and every event sparks connection. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, you’ll find a welcoming space to explore, create, and be inspired.
Our Partnership
Jean Marston and Jennifer Marston are partners: stepmother and stepdaughter. We both share a love for art, painting, meeting people, and helping novice painters gain their footing in the art world. We decided to open an Art Gallery during the 2025 JAZZ FEST in New Orleans. Our primary motivation is to find a home to show and sell our extensive collection of high-quality, sellable works of art, as well as to help other local artists. We are situated in an Art Mecca with a plethora of local unknown artists in the Mountain Home, Arkansas area, including Cotter, Salem, and Ash Flats.
We offer walk-in studio time, whether using our materials or yours. Visit us today and turn your art into sellable art.
Our Vision
At Marston Art Parlor, LLC, our vision is to inspire a world where creativity connects people, transforms spaces, and nurtures the soul. We believe art is more than what’s seen on canvas — it’s a shared experience that brings joy, meaning, and community to life.

Through vibrant artwork, engaging classes, and inclusive events, we aim to make art accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone who walks through our doors or visits us online.
